Financial Transparency & Accountability
The Rural Rehabilitation Association for Afghanistan (RRAA) is committed to transparency, accountability, and the responsible management of donor funds. The organization applies robust financial management systems, internal controls, and independent audits to ensure that all resources are used efficiently, responsibly, and in full compliance with donor requirements and international best practices.
RRAA manages donor and organizational funds in accordance with approved financial policies and procedures, supported by effective internal control frameworks, segregation of duties, and reliable financial reporting mechanisms.
Independent Audit & Oversight
RRAA’s financial statements are subject to annual independent external audits conducted by qualified audit firms in accordance with internationally recognized auditing standards. In addition, donor-funded projects undergo project-specific audits and financial reviews as required. Audit reports are submitted to donors and relevant authorities and are available upon request.
