We strictly prohibit all forms of exploitation, abuse, harassment, and misconduct, including Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA).
All staff, board members, and partners are required to adhere to our Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Policy, and Safeguarding standards. Allegations of misconduct are treated seriously and investigated promptly and confidentially.
Stakeholders are encouraged to report concerns through our established grievance and compliance mechanisms. Reports may be submitted anonymously and without fear of retaliation.
