Tender Notice Reference: RRAA- ERO-DRA-AFJR-006-2026. Procurement of 550 Hygiene Kits; Delivery to Project Site (Kot, Achin, and Dara-e-Noor Districts of Nangarhar Province). INVITATION TO BID RRAA invites you to attend the bidding process of 550 packages of hygiene kits as listed below under the WASH Component of the DRA-AFJR project. Delivery to Project Site (Kot, Achin, and Dara-e-Noord Districts of Nangarhar Province). Bid Submission Requirement and Minimum Eligibility Criteria A. Primary Eligibility Criteria: The Supplier must prepare and submit the following documents in a hard copy, in a sealed and stamped envelope. 1.The attached Quotation Submission Form. 2. Technical Specifications - technical specifications of the supplied items. 3. Signed and Stamped Tender Documents – All pages of the tender documents must be duly signed and stamped by the supplier 4. Updated Registration Certificates – Copies of valid registration certificates as required by national legislation or competent authorities, including company registration and relevant professional membership certificates. 5. Project Completion Document – Evidence of two (2) successfully completed projects of a similar nature within the last 5 years from two organizations. All referenced projects must include verifiable details (email addresses, company names, and contact persons for reference checks). 6. Bid security in the form of a bank guarantees 5% of the total bid value. Without bid security, the submitted documents will not be accepted and will be disqualified from the procurement process. Note: Failure to meet the above criteria will result in the disqualification of the bid. B. Secondary Eligibility Criteria: The Supplier must prepare and submit the following documents in a hard copy, in a sealed and stamped envelope. 1. Company Profile 2.Tax Identification number and Tax Clearance of the recent year. 3. Delivery Timeline– The supplier must specify the expected delivery timeline from the contract signing date to the final delivery at the designated site. 4. Company Bank Details – The supplier must provide complete and accurate bank details. Validity Quotations shall remain valid and open for acceptance for 21 days from the date of issuance, from July 02, 2026 – July 22, 2026, at 02:00 PM - Kabul time. RFQ Submission Date and Time: July 02, 2026, time from 08:30 AM till 02:00 PM. Bide Opening Date and Time: July 22, 2026, time from 02:00 PM-03:00 PM at the mentioned address. If the mentioned date falls on a holiday, the validity shall be extended to the next working day.
